KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Manage the Billings, MIS and Reporting work-flows of the marketing organisation of Century Real Estate / SMC Vertical.
  • Ensure a timely and streamline billing process through, Estimation, Booking, Purchase, Billing, and Settlement.
  • Ensure a real-time MIS report of accruals and spends, by spend heads and projects.
  • Analyse spends vs. business performance by Entity, Project and various Marketing Activities and Spends as per the AOP plans and creating Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports for the Marketing and cross-functional leadership.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Pre-sales and Sales workgroup and share analysis and insights based on the same.
  • Review data-streams, and create processes, across marketing, site and pre-sales to mine additional insights and share learning which can be used to improve process, performance and output.
  • Work closely with marketing, MIS and SMC colleagues to ensure timely commercial and reporting operations and business-continuity, cash-flow management.
  • Strong Excel knowledge (mandatory for the role) with logical reasoning skills and business intelligence especially of the finance / real estate domain will be preferred.

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Education: B.Sc. / B.Com / M.Com / MBA with Excel, Tally and SAP proficiency. Additional know-how of BI/ Analytics will be preferred.
  • Direct Work Experience: of least 1-2 years in above capacity.
  • Additionally: Familiarity with business intelligence tools eg. Tableau, PowerBI, SAS, Mixpanel and others will bebe appreciated.
  • Age: Under 27 years
  • Joining: < 30 days.
  • Relevant Experience: Candidates having direct experience with known employer brands, will be preferred.
  • References: Two (2) work-references to be furnished.
