JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of a brand activation leader will primarily be to activate the best-in-industry offline and on-ground brand and product experiences across the Century Real Estate portfolio and ensuring a business differential from the same. The same is a part of our commitment to offer a prospective customer a delightful immersion into the Century RE brand and its portfolio projects in a well-designed, impactful and memorable way so as to enable the customer buying decision with the brand. The role comes with the following KRAs:
- Lead the team, in various marketing, sourcing, sales and product initiatives across experience, event and activations a monthly and quarterly calendar
- Work closely with marketing program leaders and vertical stakeholders on translating quarterly and yearly revenue goals into a mix of small, medium and large format activations. The leader will co-create, drive and manage the calendar for the same
- Play an integral role is conceptualising, planning and activating product launches, operationalizing brand-IPs, phase- launches, go-to-market strategies and targeted activations supported by other marketing / non-marketing functions
- Understand the various marketing and sales opportunities for activations and on-ground promotions across various projects, and plan timely and effective activations.
- Review and manage sites on a weekly and fortnightly basis in coordination with Facility, Customer Experience and Projects and ensure outstanding brand and customer experience at all times.
- Research and evaluate various competitors, forums, techniques and technologies to understand new innovations and best practices which can be translate into new experiences for real-estate.
- Be switched-on and synced-up across departments and stakeholders to co-ordinate all activities both horizontally and vertically.
- Monitor and report up the line on plans, progress and outcomes on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- Proactively explore and drive revenue-opportunities to add to sales and ROI from activation efforts.
Requirements
- Experience: 10-15 years of direct experience in known brands will be preferred. Quicker joining-timelines will be preferred.
- Managerial Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work crossfunctionally with team-members and problem-solve will be required.
- Education: Post-graduate in Communications/ Marketing and MBA is mandatory forsustained growth performance in the organisation. Demonstrated understanding of brand and consumer marketing will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Enterprise platforms is a must.
