Responsibilites

● Focused in revenue generation through leasing & sales of commercial & retail.
● Managing leasing transactions from sourcing, inspections, proposals, negotiation, 
documentation, transaction and registration.
● Have a good connect and coordination internally with all departments from 
architectural, MEP, legal etc to ensure smooth transactions.
● Regular interactions with IPC’s, Channel Partners and other brokers across all regions.
● Nurturing healthy relationship with clients and channel partners.
● Managing the lease registration along with the legal team and government authorities. 
● Managing the investors of all commercial projects across all projects.
● Conducting client inspections, execution & closure of deals, and manages end-to-end 
documentation pertaining to the transaction.
● Leased approx. 9 lakhs Sft and sold approx. 1 lakh Sft of office space.
● Managing leasing & RFPs for the upcoming commercial projects

Desired Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of commercial sales/leasing in Bangalore real estate market
Experience of working with prominent real estate developers preferre
